This article will tell you how to go vegan in 5 simple ways. You want to be vegan but a lot of intangible and tangible things get in your way? Even though your inner-self tells you that you should care about those innocent animals, you cannot simply become vegan because of the belief that you might run into protein deficiency issues. If these statements are true (or even partially true), then this article is for you. We will show you how to be vegan in 5 simple ways. Vegan diets are scientifically proven to be healthier than the regular meat diet, but many people do not believe in it because the whole society is being brain washed and taught to eat meat and dairy products. Vegan diets do not just clean and help you in your overall health but also they are good for your skin and hair. Vegan is the future of diet and it is about to change the way people eat on a day to day basis. If you would like to be vegan, please just do it because there is no feeling better than the feeling of not being involved in the mass killing and abuse of animals just like us. Especially in America, many people don’t even ask/know about the source of food they eat day and night.
5 Simple ways
Watch documentaries on Netflix, Amazon Prime, and on YouTube
If you want to be vegan, you have to believe in veganism. Just like you believe in eating meat, you must believe in veganism. In fact, your belief in veganism should be stronger than your belief in eating meat. How do you do that ? What are different ways to influence yourself to be vegan? Nothing is more influential than watching documentaries on Netflix, Amazon, and on YouTube. The shows like … on Netflix and shows like .. on Amazon, and shows like … YouTube are developed and designed to give you in depth insights and knowledge about vegan and against the meat/dairy industry. Some of these shows may be disturbed for emotionally sensible people, but most of them teach and reveal the untold heartbreaking and dirty truths of the meat industry we have been trusting for many years.
We recommend you watch all of these shows before becoming vegan; otherwise , you might not be able to give up the addiction of meat so easily.

“We don’t need carbs, so why are you advocating eating them?” Good question! . I think asking whether we ‘need’ carbs or not is the wrong question. 💁🏼♀️ There is no one food that is essential. There are individual nutrients that we need but we can obtain these from a wide variety of sources. Calcium can come from dairy 🥛 or from leafy greens 🥦. But you can live without dairy, and you can live without leafy greens. The question is: do you want to? . How about let’s stop reducing food down to its specific nutrients and focus on the bigger picture. As a nutritionist, I may advise that someone needs to up their omega-3 intake. Whether they get that from fish🐟, flaxseed, or a supplement is up to them 🤷🏼♀️. . To only focus on what foods we need, and not think about what we want is a miserable existence. 😢 If you like eating carbs then eat carbs. Eating a food because you want to is a perfectly valid reason 😊! . We eat every day of our lives, surely it’s not too much to suggest we enjoy that experience? Otherwise what’s the point? 🤷🏼♀️
Slow Club Cookery
i posted this recipe last week and forgot to tell anyone, so… risotto stuffed baked tomatoes with fresh basil + breadcrumbs (plus a little love letter to the corny over the top action-y sincerity of jean claude van damme’s late 80s/early 90s film catalog) on the blog now. unseasonal (and a little weird) you say? NAY. tomatoes are at the farmers markets still. I’VE SEE THEM WITH MY OWN TWO EYES (plus the muscles from brussels is timeless), so get on it. summer is a state of mind. #vanDAMN #timeisaflatcircle #vegan
