Quinoa has a lot of health benefits; therefore, if you are thinking about an alternative way to get your protein and good carbs, Quinoa might be good for you. Personally, I like the taste of Quinoa, but some people find the taste a little boring and flavorless. Well, it doesn’t hurt to try!
