It is extremely important to get enough sleep to rejuvenate your skin. During the sleep, our body goes through many processes and changes to repair the body, which includes skin as well. 7 to 8 hours of sleep is considered ideal. It is important to sleep enough every day, you should not compromise a day’s sleep and make up for it some other day. This does not help at all.

When we start exercising, the blood flow increases which helps the nutrients get to our skin. Sweating during exercise gets rid of the toxins through the pores of the skin, which makes the skin look more bright, healthy and fresh. Make it a habit to exercise for a better life and healthy skin.

You do not have to be exposed to the sun for a long time to get enough Vitamin D needed for the body. Too much exposure to the sun can lead to many skin related conditions such as age spots, wrinkles, melanoma, carcinoma, skin cancer, etc. So, it is important to limit exposure to the sun. When you are exposed to the sun, even for a shorter period of time, please do apply sunscreen and shades.

No matter how busy or tired you are, it is very important to cleanse your face before you sleep. If you have applied makeup, it is a must to remove it at the end of the day. Even if you have not applied any makeup, your skin is exposed to many toxins throughout the day, and if you do not cleanse your skin the toxins can react causing many skin issues. So, please please please wash your face at the end of the day.
