Limit your exposure to the sun
You do not have to be exposed to the sun for a long time to get enough Vitamin D needed for the body. Too much exposure to the sun can lead to many skin related conditions such as age spots, wrinkles, melanoma, carcinoma, skin cancer, etc. So, it is important to limit exposure to the sun. Clean your face before you head to bed
